I'm interested in working on sites to keep my skills sharp, I also do not do intense, database driven sites. Nor do I do a lot of flash either.
A well designed site compliments the content and theme of the site. It does not distract, nor does it confuse - it is a frame for the content to show it off to the best without over shadowing it.

I'm also very affordable, which is most likely why I couldn't afford to keep up my business. I kept my prices too low that I barely made any money for myself. That's why I'll work out a project cost fee up front and we can go from there.
I used to just charge $50-75/page - everything set up and I ended up shortchanging myself a lot of money. ($75 was for flash or fancy graphic on a page as it was scripting, customized and time consuming.)
I also do SEO and I'm not bad at it either. I'm not into internet marketing, even though I know it fairly well. I just don't like doing it.
But I can do site analysis, design consultations and reviews.
